Appointments
Appointments must be under the name of the person being serviced unless the person being serviced is a minor. Clients are responsible for communicating customizations they want prior to service sessions through the booking process, this helps your session go smoothly and stylists to be prepared with the proper supplies, equipment and time adjustments ahead of time.
Service Minimum
Service minimums only apply to travel services. The minimum service charge for a travel appointment is $75 excluding travel fee.
Appointment Changes
It is up to the schedule and the stylist/ technician discretion if a change or additional service(s) can be adjusted on an appointment that is already in session.
For Travel Services: No adjustments can be made to service at the time of service. Clients are responsible for making major adjustments according to their agreement of service. Changes can be accepted or rejected for that appointment time and date. If adjustment cannot be accommodated, the client will have the option to proceed with the original booking, reschedule or cancel based on cancellation policy in agreement.
Major adjustments are changes to the session that can affect the schedule dramatically or service that the stylist/technician would not be properly equipped to accommodate.
Service Menu
Our service menu lists the majority of services offered. Phenom Dee Beauty has a “A la carte” service menu. The menu items are broken into 2 categories; main and add-on services. The main menu services may be booked alone. The add-on menu is to allow the clients to customize main services based on their needs and preferences.
For Travel Services: The services offered on our main menu may differ from services offered for travel. All services are not available for travel
Hair Extensions: Hair extensions are not included in all services, clients can provide or order hair extensions via Phenom Dee Beauty.
Service Deposits
Deposits are required for all services. A payment of $25 per service booked unless service is less than the deposit amount. If booked over the phone a payment request will be sent, and appointment slot will be held for a min of 6 hours.The payment can be made via Card, Cash App. No cash deposits will be accepted. Without payment of service deposit, the appointment will be cancelled. Service deposits are non-refundable unless the missed appointment is at fault of the stylist.
For travel service: Deposit and agreement of service is required. Service deposits are 30% of the total estimated cost. Proposal must be accepted and signed, and deposit request must be received, appointment slot will be held for 24 hours.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled by the client less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit $25 deposit of scheduled services. Phenom Dee Beauty reserves the right to cancel appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Late
Clients receive a 15 min grace period with notice. After 15 minutes appointment may be canceled. After 25 min appointment will be cancelled, If appt is cancelled, deposit will not be refunded.
For travel service: Must cancel 48 hours to start of service unless agreement communicates otherwise.

No Call, No Show
Missing a scheduled appointment without making contact with Phenom Dee Beauty is a 'No call, no show will result in clients' access to scheduler to be permanently blocked. The person will not be able to request services through the Phenom Dee Beauty website in the future.

Scheduling & Rescheduling
Rescheduling can be done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the session with no penalty. If a deposit was paid it will be transferable for up to 30 days. Rescheduling within the 24 hour window prior to service will require a new deposit.

Service Area
60 mile radius of Charlotte Douglas Airport. Service outside this area can be requested

Travel Fees
Fees for travel are pre-determined based on service zones. Fees range from $30 to $120+. A 30% Luxury fee is adjusted to service cost. For clients exceeding 60 miles and servicing requires overnight stay, the client is responsible for accommodation costs. Per diem may apply for overnight stays. For clients exceeding 100 miles, accommodations, transportation and per diem applies.
Safety
If the stylist feels threatened or a concerning event is occurring at the location of service, the stylist reserves the right to discontinue the appointment. If this occurs, the deposit will not be refunded and the client is responsible for charges incurred from the appointment. Charges depend on the amount of time spent at location and completion of service(s) and any other fee that applies.
Payment
Forms of payments accepted include credit (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVERY), Cash App, and Cash. Cards are kept on file and may be charged balance and fees owed for appointments. Service balance may be paid in cash, card, Cash App, or PayPal at the time of service.

Service Guarantee
If a client is unsatisfied with service they must inform the stylist immediately so the stylist can resolve the problem within the session if possible or schedule an additional appointment if necessary. Clients have 3 days to report any service breakdowns to Phenom Dee Beauty with picture evidence and a follow-up appointment will be set up as soon as possible to address and repair or redo the service if necessary (service cannot be changed for service of greater value). Only one follow-up appointment will be scheduled at no cost to the client. The follow-up appointment may be rescheduled a maximum of one time.
For travel service: If a client is unsatisfied with service they must inform the stylist immediately so the stylist can resolve the problem within the session if possible.Stylist will not be able to return to address dissatisfaction. Clients are utilizing Phenom Dee Beauty mobile services at their own risk. We will do our best within reasonable means to come to a resolution. Phenom Dee Beauty will take no further action beyond this and is not responsible for any damages.
Location
It is the client's responsibility to get approval for services to be performed at their desired location. If the location owner or staff disapprove of services being performed on the premises, the appointment will be canceled or discontinued and deposit will not be reimbursed. Client is responsible for any additional charges incurred from the appointment. Charges depend on the amount of time spent at location and completion of service(s) and any other fees that apply.
Location chosen for services must have access to electricity, lighting, outlets and water within 10ft of designated location of stylist/ technician
