You may be 15 mins late. beyond 15 mins your appt may be cancelled. However, always notify us if you are going to be late.
No, we do not allow additional guest for privacy reasons as well as we do not have the space to accommodate additional guest. Exception for minor being serviced may be accompanied by a guardian. If you need to bring someone with you to your appointment, please contact us first.
A deposit is required to lock in your appointment. If you book via phone or text, deposit will be requested to secure appointment.
No. The deposit is a percentage of the service base price and goes toward the total service cost.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Deposit will be transferable for 30 days of the cancellation date. If you cancel within 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
The service(s) must total a minimum amount of $75. This does not include travel fees. This minimum only applies to clients within our service area. Contact us if you need service outside our service area.
Yes, there is a travel fee which starts at $30 and varies based on distance.
