Points do not expire. Points for bookings may be removed for canceled or no-show appointments. Points may require verification before being added. Some earning actions are limited by program rules.
Only one reward may be used per transaction. Minimum order amounts may include eligible add-ons, but do not include travel fees or hair extension add-ons. Hair extension add-ons are not eligible for discounts.
For mobile services, the required travel service minimum must still be met before any reward is applied. If part of a travel reward cannot be used because of the travel minimum, the remaining value may stay on the account as credit for a future eligible service. Account credit does not expire, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with future rewards.
